We formed Confluence Ridge Resources after years of watching landowners field unsolicited offer letters with no context — no production analysis, no title picture, and no one to answer questions.
Our mission is to be the firm that explains the asset before it makes an offer. We evaluate every tract with the same rigor whether it is a fractional royalty interest or several hundred net mineral acres, and we tell owners plainly when holding is the better decision.
