When you submit a valuation request, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the property information you provide, such as state, county, township or section, acreage, and current lease or production status. We may also collect standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
Your information is used to research ownership and title, prepare a valuation or lease proposal, and communicate with you about your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or trade landowner information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Sharing
We may share limited information with service providers who support our operations, such as title examiners, closing agents, and secure hosting or email providers, and where required by law or in connection with a transaction you have authorized.
Security & retention
This site is served over an encrypted SSL connection. We retain submissions only as long as needed for the evaluation, our recordkeeping, and applicable legal requirements.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing owners@confluenceridge.com. You may opt out of future communications at any time.
